Hopefully the guys who made the game frequent these boards. The june 8th update for avg anti virus is detecting a tale of two kingdoms as a trojan. Might wanna contact avg about this. I've had the game for a couple weeks and never had problems til today.

Yeah, my AVG classified this as a "Backdoor Trojan", sort of making me uneasy about the game.

Hm, that's pretty odd.

Is this the most recent download, the one listed at http://crystalshard.net/atotk.php?page=down ?

Does anyone else have this problem?

I just downloaded it, and I can confirm that AVG recognises it as a "Trojan horse BackDoor.Hupigon5.IZM". I'm running AVG Anti-Virus 8.5.339 Free Edition.

So, we've confirmed that its a Trojan virus. My computer's been fine ever since it warned me.

Anyone else have any feedback other than "It's a Trojan"?

You haven't confirmed anything of the sort. :rolleyes It's a false positive. That means your anti-virus software is wrong.

I agree, this just has to be a false positive. So does anyone know how to contact AVG to have this corrected? I donīt use their software myself.

Here is a workaround:

Temporary workaround - open AVG and go to Tools > Advanced settings. Expand Resident Shield > Exceptions > Add Path > navigate to your AGS folder and add it as an exception. I've emailed AVG about this.

According to my sources, AVG has corrected this error. So could people please do an AVG update and see if it still occurs?
