Okay, I've played through it, so I'll comment on a few of the rooms,
Journey to Ice Caverns -
Has some small, very easy what could be considered puzzles that might catch out beginner players. You could cut out one or both of the rooms 3S1E and 4S1E as they are basically unnecessary.
Ice Caverns:
1W - The crumbly walls aren't needed to make this room possible. You could take them out to make it (slightly) harder.
1N4E - This room over-does the tar, in my opinion. You could make your point with a lot less tar than there is. You could perhaps have it in different shapes to make it slighlty more challenging/interesting?
3N1E - Same with this room. And what's the point of the wubbas?
1N6E & 1N7E - I found both of these rooms rather tedious. There's nothing particularly challenging about them and this is mainly what let it down for me. You could at least add some checkpoints.
That said, I think it's good for what it is, and a nice short distraction

. Generally, you need to add checkpoints to some of the rooms and maybe add some decoration to those with large open spaces (i.e. 2S & 1S1W).
