Besides, this shouldn't be that difficult, since the sprites of the "multi-use" pressure plates are already in the game.

Bumping for possible consideration for 1.3 or earlier, I believe the graphics for other PPs already exist in GeneralTiles.

For thoroughness, I'll mention this is being added to 1.3. See the other thread for the PR.

There was some new, unique code that needed to be implemented to keep track of object state across rooms, but fortunately I found a way to do this without changing the save format.
