Kind of surprised this hasn't been mentioned before but at the same time it's not *really* a DROD style game.

He does have a very big sword though.

And going against a recent Illumination, I rather like collecting secret awards for random accomplishments. And this one's got 110 of those.

Yaaaaay! Red armor is so totally the best reward. And I like the subtle difference between awards and rewards. Awards give you rewards.

I've been playing this for about a week. I love it, as opposed to Jatopian.

Perhaps it's the OCD in me, but I've (so far) gotten over 100 awards. I find it very entertaining, although frustrating until you get what's behind the dark lock, and then it's a new decibel level of fun (but still occasionally frustrating).

I have about 60ish awards. When does the dark lock open?

Edit: Actually, I checked and I misremembered - I'm at 73 awards right now.

I also liked it, it's like DROD, only not turn based and without puzzles and the enemies are all tarstuff

I played this game for a short while, and it's definitely the sort of fun, addicting game that's good to play on a Flash game portal like Kongregate.

I have to admit that one of my pet peeves about achievements in general (and not just this game) is that you don't know what the achievements are until after you get them, so for a while I had to just try random things until I got some awards (such as the "get eaten by a biter that came from offscreen" and the "spark against a hard target 50 times" awards)

Still, it's a lot of fun and I admit to playing it more than once
