Question, to qualify for the Hall of Fame, what levelset do you need to gain these ranks on?

The Hall of Fame is a list of people who conquered KDD1.6 (the AE version). I don't think this list is used anymore.

Actually, MeckMeck GRE, since this is on the Crystal Shard board you've probably got the wrong hall of fame.

I don't remember if the level set had a name, but it's the big, official one that comes with SubTerra 1 and has the tutorials on the first row.

Yes.

The two sets that count for this are SubTerra Prime, and the Mountain Halls.

I didn't see a link to the Subterra 2 hall of fame, but if there is one, I ought to submit my player file too... mastered all of the levels.

Alright, I've just got to level "Advanced". You'll notice that I am mostly going through levels on easy mode, masyering them only if I can do so without too much brain breakage -- I prefer having a lot of levels unlocked.
Also mastered almost the entire Supaplex levelset, but had to stop at There You Go, Minotaurus, and Fun-Tastic -- slimeys are more evil than scissors.

As far as ST2 goes, I aint submitting anything until I've solved(at least on easy) the last two levels that I have never completed, which are "Kick before you Stick" and "Welcome to the Moscow SubWay".
I can get the first three sides of "KBYS", but not the last(Top) side.
All the other levels I haven't completed yet I know I can, becuase I did them before my computer crashed.
I would be nice to finally reclaim my Mastery of "Devilish Puzzles" as well.
