Would it be alright to post artwork as attachments and/or in line with the text instead? I have something to post that is on my hard drive but not on any web page.

Elf stones are GREEN ! they have to be green! They can be big or small, translucent or opaque, pale-green or dark-green, matte or sparkly, facetted or unpolished; they can be set in silver or gold or pewter or not set at all; they can be wrapped in paper or kept in a wooden box or held in a velvet pouch round one's neck, but they have to be green.

Oh well, I might as well post some homewerk I had a while ago for Art class. We were supposed to write a love poem and decorate it. My favourite poets are Poe, Heine and Bacovia, so that should explain why it came out the way it is .

What do you use? I'm just getting to grips with maya but have used povray on and off for a number of years.

It's Bryce 6.0 actually. I keep meaning to learn new ones (Maya or Blender), but I never seem to get round to it because I do Bryce so much and know it so well. Bryce is really not that good at making anything that's not geometric or made from primitives (spheres, pyramids, cubes etc), but the rendering and texturing/lighting is excellent. Making organic-looking stuff is much harder though. If you're interested, most of my art is at my deviantart page - calamarain.deviantart.com. I won't self-promote here... with one exception - the one I'm most proud of - my Beholder Golem
