I'm new to DROD and have I think completed al rooms for level 3 but no exit. I have checked whole board all roaches dead. Help? :~)

The easiest way to see if you are missing a room is to start a reply on this board. To the right of the Message box is a link which says "Insert DROD Room image". You can use this option to check out the map of level three and see which room you are missing.
