Found a couple of bugs:

-When the player uses a bomb, you can see an explosion NPC when it's the enemy's turn. EDIT: It seems like this is for only sworded enemies and in 3.1 it should work properly.
-After the first battle, the guard suddenly goes speechless after he says "Player's turn!", and you can't kill or damage enemies. Also, the enemy does no longer damage. This makes the hold unplayable.
-Is the player supposed to have 5 bombs instantly when he finds a bomb bag? I think this is a little unintuitive. Never mind, it seems like it is supposed to do that.

If I'm bored for some time, I might actually fix the LATEST version, now that all the bugs are gone.
Yes, this version is still better than the latest version by Timo006. It has a level-up screen, stats, better battle system, no bugs (except for all speech removed) etc. etc.

If anybody wants it I could start re-writing speech.

Did you intend to attach a file?
Or did I just misread your post?

Sorry if the latter.

DOH! I nearly forgot to check if I was bumping from months ago...

I can rewrite the speech, I've given up on fixing the bugs of the latest version.
