It depends on which game you are trying to install the mod on, and potentially your computer system as well.
For my desktop system, Windows Vista, 2.0 data is stored directly in the Data/Bitmaps folder and the .ini configuration is stored directly in Data. 3.0 to 5.0 also have a Data/Bitmaps folder, but the .ini is stored in C:\ProgramData\Caravel\drod(3.0, 4.0 or 5.0) for me.
However, once you find your Bitmaps folder and .ini folder, actually editing the .ini should be consistent between all DROD platforms: edit "
General = GeneralTiles"
to be "
General = GeneralTiles;Cheat!"
and it should start showing the highlights for secret walls.
