This is quite strange considering that;

A: I've installed DROD before, and nothing has been changed (except maybe a few graphic card errors, but that was only ONE dll and my other games work fine.)

B: Considering that no one else has complained, unless they thought it was something else, I'm sure this is my end.

Also, since this is the installation's fault, is there some zipped file with all the DROD folders/applications? I'm going to say no, but it won't hurt to ask.

Windows 98, I use a HP Pavilion 8565C. Pentium III, 500mhz.
256 RAM, GeForce 4 MX I think.

I will look over our dependencies and cut anything out we don't need. CTL3D32.DLL shouldn't be used at all by DROD.

Oh. Good point--I missed that. My Wise software is ancient so maybe after I upgrade Wise, our friend's troubles will depart. I may do that this Monday, so I don't think I will use the zip file workaround he suggested.
