5 orbs
432/24 = 18
6 orbs
804/6 = 134
7 orbs
964/2 = 482
8 orbs
1032 = 1032
9 orbs
1122 = 1122
total = 2788
there are no solutions
for ten or more orbs because
there are only nine orbs alltogether.
In the other thread on the 8
Gates of Bill, Shik had assked
a similar question, so it was very easy
to answer your question.
Nope, sorry. Incorrect. You've got the 5 orb solution right. A "
unique"
solution doesn't mean that you can't hit the same orb more than once. So there is a ten-orb solution (an example being 6,5,3,2,7,4,6,7,6,7 when numbering the orbs from top to bottom, the first orb being 1), as well as 100 - orb solutions. Also, I'd like for you to explain to me the logic behind the divisions you performed. Thanks.
