I just can't figure out how to kill those goblins

I think that I am correct in entering from entrance 1 but I always seem to be 1 turn short when I try to turn around at 2 to kill the goblins that have followed behind me from the sides.

I'm probably just missing something obvious but any hints would be greatly apprectiated.

Thanks for the hint, I don't believe that I spent about 20mins continuously trying this room without spotting the solution

Don't worry. I spent half an hour on the same room, and only get it by sheer luck. I'm with stoopid. (<----) And I can't even get my arrow right. Well, just imagine it's actually pointing to the NW.

I think we all did the same thing. Isn't it funny how, even though you know that those particular moves will end up with you dying, you repeat them over and over and over again..

I've got three rooms left to do - this one, 1E, and 1S1E - and it appears this one is the next in order. I've gotten to where I can enter from the east, but I can only go about a dozen moves before dying. (I've attached a demo since that's more descriptive than anything I can say.)

Is this even the right entrance point?
