Odd Jobs Medium : 9 Left Shoe : 1 South (0)

I haven't seen a message about this room yet so I am forced to ask for help. Please could you tell me what I'm missing? How do I prevent a roach spawn?

What you need to know about roach queens for this puzzle is that they don't spawn -

* on certain types of tile - open yellow doors, trapdoors, force arrows.
* on the square they just moved from
