I finally finished JTRH (Woo-hoo!) after putting it down for quite a while (Level 24 was making my brain hurt.) Anyway, now I'm going back and trying to finish up all the secret rooms and such. I went to look for a hint on one of them, and I found that the hints page wasn't working. I get the following javascript error:

Mozilla also doesn't like it, and reports the error like this:

Looking at the page source shows that the line in question is split onto two lines. The java updater on my machine just recently updated the java runtime on my machine to update 6, so I don't know if the new version is picky about that, where the old one wasn't, or if the code on the web page was recently changed causing the error.

There is currently a problem with the Hints board, as the latest hold contained a strange character in the level name. Somehow the search page cannot cope with this strange character.

Hopefully an admin is working on this.

In the meantime, can you please try the room again

Yes, Schik will look into this as soon as he can, I am sure, but he is out of town for the holidays and won't be back until Monday at the latest. It's not a simple fix that any admin can do; I think he'll have to go deeper into the forum code and so we're all just going to have to wait.
