I'm just curious...how many posts do you have to have before you are no longer a Delver? I've seen some Delvers with over 400 posts!

How about a "Master Delver" at 100 posts and an "Elite Delver" at 300? And maybe a "Smitemaster" at 500 for good measure. People will be getting there soon.

Yes! Schik, please! Pretty please!

Although perhaps instead of "Elite Delver", just simply, "Smiter". Or, make each level based more on DROD monsters. First Roachling, then Wraithwing, then Tar Baby, then Goblin, then Neather's Minion, etc. Some more variety, though, please!

Delver is actually a title... (whispers)that I don't think has actually been explained in the story about Beethro yet, but should be soon...

I like Smiter too.

Hmmm. 'Snakemaster' 'Tar-zan' 'Eyesore'

Something I've seen on some webforums would be for individuals to be given their own unique label after X posts, just to add a little irreverant personality if the most 'productive' regulars want it. The individuals could get some say, or maybe someone closely associated with the DROD project could bestow appropriate honours, if the idea is adopted If someone has made, say, 1000 posts (or some number considered a significant effort worthy of note) we should have a good idea of something appropriate...


Hrmmm. I should have signed up sooner. Time to spam the boards with creature suggestions I think...

'This creature is blue, eats roaches, moves sideways and has a mean temperament'

'This creature is transparent, eats Beethro, moves in decreasing circles, and produces eggs'

'This creature is red, directs other creatures, remains stationary, and is evil personified'


Also. If a post is made, then deleted, does the post counter go down again?

Yes, the post count does go down for all posters to the topic. I noticed this, because I reached 100 posts twice. I was confused.
