User statistics, division 2 and a question about hold lists (+1)

I'm just kinda curious about how the user statistics are doing, beyond the first 20, which are mostly either legendary smitemasters, or else legendary gabber-mouths

Weighted statistics giving more weight to recent posts, so we can get a better idea of who is more active currently?

Is there a way to list all holds by the same author? Would be nice for a link so people could click on 'list other holds by this author' if they find one they like.
