I'm using a threaded e-mail program, which is nice. What would be even nicer is if mails sent from this forum would include the necessary MIME header fields for threaded e-mail programs to be able to show posts from forum threads in a nice, threaded way! All that has to be done to make this work is:

1. Include a (relatively) unique Message-ID header in each outgoing mail. This is already done, but it could be tied closer to post ids to make step 2 and 3 easier.

2. Include a References header in each outgoing mail that is a reply to a thread. This should include a space-separated list of references, which in this case would probably mean the Message-IDs of all previous posts in the thread.

3. Also include an In-Reply-To header that contains the Message-ID of the post that is replied to (ie last post in the thread, unless you want to get fancy).

Is there any possibility that this could be done ?
