Browsing for holds should be with the more "traditional" directory structure, instead of having to guess what the filename and location are (and typing all that by hand).

Sam

PS: I am referring to Import and Export.

Urh, if it's not showing a directory or any files, then this is a temporary problem in your player data propagated from a previous (fixed) bug, and typing a path in once in the top text box and hitting OK should fix it. If it doesn't, please provide more info, like your OS, what build(s) you've been using, etc. Thanks.

I don't get anything at all in the box--I was wondering what that was for. I am running Build 27 (it also behaved this way on Build 26), Windows 98 SE.

I get the same in my work computer (I think I posted this bug two days ago and it probably got lost in the mix); the import/export boxes are empty, and don't respond to anything typed in the directory field.

The computer runs WinME.

This could be a Win 98/Me (Unicode?) problem. I'm not sure I understand: Have you both tried typing in C:\\ in the top (directory) box and hitting enter? If you do that, does *still* nothing come up?

Yes, I have tried that and still nothing comes up. I have also tried other various directories with no success.

It does appear to be a Win98/ME problem (and probably Win95 too if someone is running that still).

I've added a task to SF.

Could I ask one of you 95/98/Me guys to work on this one? I'm not able to test this one out.

Though I submitted a fix something similar to this a while ago (which seemed to work, since Clayton could export), I don't have access to any non-NT based versions of Windows. I'll at least take a look and see if I can find anything similar to what I fixed before, but if anybody who has access to a Win98 machine can debug this, that'd be great.
