Byoootyful! Just sent out a press release for KDD last night, so you'll see mentions popping up in a number of places. It's particularly nice when people make the announcement in their own words like the Joystik blog did. (Often the press release is quoted verbatim.) And then the follow-up replies were very cool too. Merus, I'm guessing is Mr. Cramp.

I stopped using Mattcrampy regularly after I signed up for the DROD forum back in the day. Yeah, that one's me. Note how neatly I sidestep the question of actually describing the gameplay.

I also noted how you were incorrect about the release being on April 1...that was when JtRH was released, not the new version of KDD, which is what the press release was about. Of course, since you subtly hint you're on the dev team (or used to be, hard to tell), no one would question that.

I was specifically talking about the graphics there. I didn't realise this was press-release driven.

I think my current status is... (checks)... 'not on the dev team, but invited to reapply'. But I don't know, and honestly I'd like to build some holds first.

Just thought you might like to know where people are coming from: I found out about DRoD through one of the puzzles at Puzzle Boat. I immediately bought a subscription to CaravelNet. I imagine that you won't get that many visitors from Puzzle Boat, but because the only people that will get to the DRoD puzzle are puzzle afficianados, they're a good target audience.
