I just changed my Fish Fillets FAQ for a new version. I removed my previous attachement, and went to upload the new one. It had previously been set as "Public Domain" since that's the default for old attachments. I set the new one as "All Rights Reserved" (checking to make sure my real name is in my profile) and it kept listing it as "Public Domain". Making a new post did allow me to set the rights correctly...it was only when editing a post that the change wasn't sticking.
