keyboard shortcut for "download"

keyboard shortcut for "download" (0)

When I'm downloading a recording or a hold from CaravelNet in the game, there doesn't seem to be a keyboard shortcut for 'download'.

This is particularly annoying when downloading a recording (after pressing 'f6' in the game) since I often play the game not in full-screen mode, and on my laptop that makes the 'download' button disappear off the bottom of the screen, so I have to press f10, then find the download button and click on it, then press f10 again. I'd prefer to just be able to press 'd' instead of all that. (But since 'd' is already taken, for 'd'elete, perhaps 'l' would work).

In general, why not have a keyboard shortcut for every button in the game, instead of just most of them?
