allow redefinition of all keyboard keys

allow redefinition of all keyboard keys (0)

I can redefine almost all of the keys used in DROD, but find it very annoying that I can't redefine "show demos for level" (f6) and "toggle full screen" (f10). I often play DROD in the dark and have great trouble finding the function keys without looking, whereas I can find regular letter keys easily.

So how about letting us redefine *all* the keys, not just some of them?
