I'm not quite sure from there, but if you can get back to the Entrance, then there are instructions on the website. Go here, click on Help, then Help for Specific Rooms, then scroll down to level 13. Actually, if you've already killed the roach then the directions to the exit are from the roach, but if not, go to the Entrance to start the directions (just start the level over again).

There are also maps on the forum somewhere, but I'm not sure exactly where.
