You need to tell us how you are stuck. Are you sure you mean Journey to Rooted Hold, Level 4, 1 North (
picture), or do you instead mean King Dugan's Dungeon, Level 4, 1 North (
picture)?
If you really do mean Journey to Rooted Hold...perhaps you are confused about the blue door? The stairway at the top of the room is where you need to go. The blue door will only drop when you complete all the other required rooms on the level. The yellow door at the bottom will not open...you can't go back the way you came. So you must go to the top stairway, entering from 2 North, after you've conquered all the required rooms on this level.
