Trap a roach queen in the box.

I'm not sure if it's easier or harder than the first challenge, but one way to get a roach in the box is to spawn it directly there with a roach queen

Of course, there's always "the other way" to do the first challenge...

Have the slayer trap Beethro in the box

Beethro can't be completely in the box; he will have to stand on a yellow door and jump down. Shortly after, the slayer will release him. Unfortunately, the slayer's kind heart won't get him far there...

This is easier than the two challenges above.

Ah, I managed to have the Slayer hit the orb while Beethro was directly in the middle of the box.

Also, for some reason if the roaches were still around when I got stuck in the box, the Slayer didn't let me out. He'd just act like he thought he could still get to me.
