Ok I dont know how or why but 2 questions.

1. How do you get to this room?
2. When will we be able to download King Dugan's Dungeon for JTRH?

1. When you beat KDD, you can play around with it in the editor so you can go to that room.
2. When it comes out soon. (I hope)

You can already download a no-frills version of KDD here. However, it doesn't have high scores enabled.

The official KDD "2.0" will be out as soon as we can get everything done. It will be for CaravelNet-enabled people only (which I know that you are, but just to let everyone know).

It definitely should be "soon." I'm not at liberty to say when I think it will be done, and I probably shouldn't say what's left to be done either, so I won't. I'll let Erik make an update if he wants.

But I can say it's going to be pretty cool. :D

Have you completed the hold? Gone down the final stairs on the 25th level? Once you do that, you can go to the editor and see this room for yourself. There is no way to get there when playing the game normally.

Did you beat the hold? Then go to the editor and you can go to 3 rooms that you are not able to get to in normal gameplay.(This one in level 1. Another in level 13 and a third in level 14.

Hello. I finished King Dugan's Dungeons ( with help from this board ).
I can not find how to get into this room. I have version 2.0.15.1
I do not see the editor but have: build levels. I can not open KKD because it stay's light grey.
Can someone tell me if I have to finish all the hidden rooms first?
How many are there?
Is there a help thread for hidden rooms?

Carla, this room only exists in the Architect's Edition version of King Dugan's Dungeon. It's not there in King Dugan's Dungeon 2.0.

Finding and solving secret rooms is necessary to "master" a hold, so that it shows (100%) on your Change Location screen. Some holds have postmastery areas that are unlocked once you have solved all the secret rooms. See that striped door at the bottom of First Level : The Entrance? That's the "master door." That door will open once you have completed all the secrets, giving you access to a special bonus surprise.

Unlike regular required rooms, secret rooms stay conquered even if you restore away to a different savegame. I'm assuming you've conquered King Dugan's Dungeon 2.0 now? So just use your Restore function. After conquering a hold, restore will show how many secret rooms there are on each level. (It doesn't show where they are, though. You still have to figure that part out.) Restore and conquer all the secret rooms, then restore back to First Level : The Entrance, and the master door will be open. Enjoy!

Regarding the editor, "Build Levels" is indeed the way to open the editor. However, not all holds can be edited. The architect who builds a hold can set several different editing options. "Anyone edit," "You and conquerors edit," "You and masters edit," and "Only you edit." King Dugan's Dungeon 2.0 is "Only you edit," so since you're not its architect, you'll never be able to edit it.
