Perhaps this will be fixed when Erik upgrades WISE, but...

I ran the uninstaller, and selected the "custom" uninstall to see which files it was going to delete.

Turned out most of the files it wanted to delete where in the wrong directory, the "DRODAG~1" that I mentioned earlier.
A small handful of the files were in the correct directory (the one I installed build 25 into).

I'm hoping this goes away after I upgrade my install authoring software.
