Using the question command. For example...

If... go to Yes
Question "Blah blah blah"
<Stuff if the player chhoses no>
Go to End
Label Yes
<Stuff if the player chooses yes>
Go to End
Label end

Is there documentation/a tutorial anywhere on how to script things, since there's a lot I'm unsure of how to use?

Well - in the help file, going to Editor -> Editing Room -> Characters -> Commands gives a list of what all the things mean - but it's not very easy to understand. I'm willing - and I'm sure lots of others are - to write a scripting tutorial if there's a demand. Perhaps a future Architect's Toolkit?
