For the first time in my life, I was happy to see a pop-up ad. It was telling me that Samurai Jack season 2 was coming out on DVD May 24th. I felt I should spread the word, for the word is good.

If you know Jack, then no explanation is needed.

If you don't know Jack (pun intended), he is basically the greatest fighter from the past thrown into the future with only a sword and a warrior's outfit. The style is very unique, and very well done as I see it. Dialogue is sparse, but the actions truly speak louder than words in the show. The action is where it's at. And the action usually involves swordplay, thus a tenuous link to DROD.

And it won an Emmy, so I am not alone in the opinion that it is a good show.
