Did anyone else write a program to work out what to do with the orbs along the south wall?

I'm sure my 40-line Perl program took less effort than thinking it through. How geeky is that!

I made a program ages ago that I use to solve nearly all orb puzzles nowadays. Unless they're very small of course.

Ok, anyone willing to just give me the orb solutions to this and 1 East?

Please just stop using orb combination puzzles. Stop, stop, stop already. The first time I saw one, it was neat. It isn't anymore. I've solved a few orb puzzles in this hold alone. Please someone help stop the torture. The non-orb-puzzle rooms in this hold are great.

I also need to know the exact orbs. And I need to know them for the whole level, or I'll give up on this game!!

I agree with the previous poster - was fun to begin with, but not fun any more.

I recommend using an Orb Solver program. TripleM was kind enough to post one that he created.

I had to run it in a DOS box and make sure I capitalized things properly. Using the orb solver this level was far more reasonable.

Please will someone just tell me which 3 to leave alone? I've been on this room, on and off, now for about 3 months, and just don't WANT to continue trying every combination.

I am stuck on this room and would love to know which orbs to hit and when. I've been on this level for ages and can't write an orb solver program. Pencil and paper are proving too long. i always seem to be left with one orb in wrong position. Someonehelp me please.
