Hours of frustration trying to get INTO this room by some way other than the passage. Any assistance appreciated.

Only if you can remember how to get in - don't go digging on my account (it's mind-numbingly boring after an hour).

I don't think there is such a way, why do you want to find an another way in? It's possible to complete it from the obvious (west) entrance. What you're probably looking for is a way to get behind the force arrows.


Edit: Actually, there is an another way in, but you still need the hint above to find it, and you don't really need to. Also, the room is impossible from that entrance.

Nope, the room is still possibble from the west entrance:

Stefan meant it was impossible from the "other" entrance, not impossible from the west entrance, and already pointed out a way you can get behind the arrows even if you aren't so fast when you enter from the west.

Thanks all. I was getting basically a bit fed up with the impossible rooms and interminable digging that I couldn't see the wood for the trees.

Completed the hold without that room, but always nice to go back and do the (possible) rooms I haven't completed. That's tomorrow sorted.
