I'd suggest an addendum;

Slay the Slayer, AND be able to leave the room.

And yes, I've been gone for quite some time. Muchly busy, and still am. But I've once again become addicted to DROD. For better or for worse.

It is possible. I did it in L3 3N 1W (watch the demo), but I took a long time to kill him. It's funny when he says ''This is outstanding! pursuit will be necessary!'' while he's not here :fun .

In the new challenges of JtRH there are some Slayer killing challenges.

Now I think(hope) that I'm missing some Slayer movement stuff, to kill a slayer.

I read somewhere: "I pinned him against the wall and killed him",
but I'm not able to do so, so I guess I'm missing some basic slayer movement rules to manipulate him (like bombs can do)

Can anyone give me some strategy tips?

Given some room, it is possible to kill a slayer simply against the wall, but it's HARD. It requires a precise sequence of moves which I learned from the top demo for one of the rooms in FtFT.

There are much easier ways to do it with the help of force arrows or a 1-tile bump in a corner. There's a really great hold demonstrating those tricks.

So I found that FtFT room :D
and killed the slayer in Level 22: 1 West
and in Level 3 1N3W
I didn't get the "Slayer of Slayers" challenge...
The scroll mentioning the challenge (somewhere at level 3 ;) ),
doesn't mention this room, so I should recieve the challenge, not?

This is a problem if you are restoring to progress made before the 5.0 version. For the global script that awards "Slayer of Slayers" to be active, you have to play or restore to 3:3N1W and play forward to whichever room you want to kill the Slayer in. Fortunately, as you mentioned, there are some not-too-hard kills in Level 3.
