I'd just like to know where to start first. I think I get what I basically have to do after that, but I want to know exactly what monsters to start with so I won't be wasting my time starting in the wrong section; The roach queens in the southeast, the roach queens in the northwest, or the mud in the south west?

I'm thinking the mud comes last?...And the tar must be taken care of before that...but what of the roach queens?

Well, the there's definitly a time limit on the tar. If you wait too long, you can't get to it. Secondly, taking out a roach queen has a definite affect wrt to the amount of spawn you have to deal with, whereas taking out the first tar mama or the first mud mama does not.

So with that in mind, here is my order:
