Perhaps that is indicative of:
a) how hard that room is (no matter how you solve it)
and
b) how good a room it is (since it has multiple interesting solutions).

Haha! It was worth it just to hear Beethro say: "Thanks for yor help Halph" when Halph had done nothing to help. I can´t belive how much trouble I had solving this room when I first played the game. Now I found it easy doing it this way.
