I was just wondering if there is a way to see the people that have been members of the forum the longest... maybe the 10 or 20 users that were the first registers (that are still active).
Don't ask me why I want to know this... just wondering.

There is only an alphabetic order. I guess mrimer or agaricus (after the admins)

Well, the Member List at the top of the forum does list date registered, but you can't sort the list that way. Seems like the forum start date was February 3, 2003...I joined a bit less than 2 months later.

Schik should be able to get a list for ya, if you dare to interrupt all the other stuff he's doing for the site.

I think the actual Forum unveiling date was February 4, since I registered on the first (public) day. I guess Schik had put it on the web the day before for testing or something like that, which would account for the start date recorded being February 3, and not 4.

I was a nobody in the DROD world when this forum first came online. I had just started following the yahoogroups list at the time. I believe Clayton and Erik set up this forum initially.

Same with me. I'd only discovered DROD a few months beforehand and it was pure luck that I noticed the announcement of the forum on the yahoogroups list when I did.

You can check any individual member yourself by going to the member list and clicking on their profile.

erikh2000 doesn't exist at the moment, though, so if you're right about there having been such a character it must have been deleted.

I believe "erikh2000" appeared as a consequence of Erik forgetting to capitalise his name when logging in. I think this was also commented on at some point a long time ago.
