Hopefully we'll have some sort of indicator for which version of DROD each hold was made for on the holds page. We're also planning a few other hold-related improvements that CaravelNet affords, such as a list of conquerors for each JtRH hold, like the Hall of Legendary Smitemasters. No promises, however.
As a rule of thumb, you might want to verify any rooms that use brains.
