I don't know if this is for every room, but in Level 5 of Dugan's, Once South, Twice East, if you enter from the bottom left entrance, and kill the queen that escapes to the bottom right first, it has no splatter. This may be because it's next to the edge, but it might not be. I don't know. It is a bug though.
