Jeez... If anybody has ever played Myst, Riven, or Exile, you might agree with me when I say that this place Erik has created sounds like an age Atrus might've written... and probably thrown away because he was all doped up at the time.

Actually, in this topic, Erik is kinda like Atrus... He writes it, and POOF, it exists, and thats the way it is, no ifs ands or buts.

I agree completely. I didn't even think of that, but you're right, it does sound a bit like the things Atrus came up with. Some of those were really weird.

Hmmm... except I doubt Atrus would invent Living Tar or Evil Eyes. Things like that really don't seem like his kind of thing. I keep trying to picture the DROD monsters in the graphic styles of Myst.

Strangely enough, my mind won't let me.
