ok, first, to drop all the trap doors, you'll have to trim tar so that it doesn't get out of the box while you run around. trim and run, trim and run. Do this at the beginning.

now, perform this experiment: stand at the south entrance to the box with your body and sword blocking the tar and let the tar grow out of the north entrance for a couple of spawn cycles. What do you notice? How could you use that to help you direct tar growth?

×You need the tar to grow out the south exit and to the west, around the south wall and then east to the snake where a couple of babies will spawn and wait for further directions from you.

×of course, the real trick is figuring out how to make the tar grow like that without blocking off the other routes. Don't forget, though, that you can go through the box to get from the NW corner to the SE corner
