Bug: Using upgrade install causes one-time crash (0)

I got a crash and I'm reporting it, dammit!

I installed from Build 16 to 19 using the upgrade, and just plonked it in my DROD Beta directory, which I renamed. Upon opening DROD, it crashed, but upon opening it again, it worked as normal.

This may be an issue with the upgrade install, in which case no-one cares, or an issue with the initialisation with files present, in which case it's an issue.
