Will I ever finish this level? I have 2 rooms which are defeating me. I'm making 2 assumptions about this room. 1) I need the free wraithwing to kill the 2 chambers of roaches. I end up with the wraitwing at 1 blocking the entrance. I can't get it to move. 2) I've been killing the queens. I can't figure out how to escape being killed in the wraithwing chamber.

Please a hint before I snatch myself bald!

Duh! I just read the first hint & I feel like an absolute idiot! Talk about a linear mind set! I've decided to blame it on the holiday frazzle & not on my aging brain cells-known to the gray-haired as a senior moment.

Ok, I'm old & a bit feeble minded I need help on wraithwing chamber-the first 2 moves would be appreciated. I've tried hitting the orb with at the sword at every angle. After hitting the orb, I figure I have 1 move & I give the !@#$%^ up. Tears & teeth gnashing! I'm asking for a spoler here gang. Maybe I'll learn something!

Will someone tell me why this works? Before I asked for help I tried this movement, HOWEVER as soon as I had a ww to the north & south I quit, assuming I would kill one & the other would kill me. When I kill south why doesn't the north ww get me?

By the way I finally finished this level after 2 weeks! So far I love level 3. I hate wws & a bit of roach slaying is the perfect antidote.

I think its basically because ww's don't attack unless they have you flanked. by taking out the first ww, the 2nd one no longer has you flanked.

I can't get ww to 1. I can get it thru the door, but I can't get it past the arrows

Leefa, you seem to have a question about every room in the hold. Perhaps it is above your difficulty level. Play more DROD until you improve, there are some rooms that are very difficult and this forum should be for hints on those, not guiding beginners through rooms they shouldnt be in. No offense.
