Well, it appears that I can't close off all four beams at once, otherwise the roach has no path to me.
But if I have a beam unblocked, then Beethro gets blown up...

The attached picture shows a setup that looked promising, but I still am one turn too short before Beethro explodes.

So what am I missing?
Is this the right direction or not at all?

So the problem is that NW pressure plate that closes the fourth door.

I thought about that even. Grrrrrr!
I had all the correct pieces, just didn't put it all together.
