Whenever I look into my profile it says that I am not available for beta testing holds, but I am more than willing to! I don't know where to change this setting as I haven't found anything after scouring all the settings

You'll need to get CaravelNet to be available to beta test holds! It's a special option where private boards are available for testing a hold - you can still test holds posted on Architecture (and are encouraged to!).
