If a user is disabled, I would like a message to appear "Your account has been disabled by a forum moderator. For more information, check your e-mail and private messages, and contact moderators@caravelgames.net for any questions you may have."

I am planning to use the disabled status more often on new users acting up so we don't have this first round of wrangling with them, and I think this would help.
