I've been stuck in this level for more than a week now, without understanding the linchpin of more than half of the rooms
I'm gonna need some serious help here !
I'll start with one from which I'm pretty sure to know what needs to be done.

Here, i need the two yellow doors to be pushed by the real Beethro, west first, so the arrows are turned off. Which gives me very little time to get to the south part of the room.
I've figure out that I could
But I'm always one step / turn late to save Halph.
Am I on the right track ? Is it just a matter of starting position / synchronisation ?
I've attached a demo to make myself clearer.
