×You want to get a construct stuck at 1. This basically requires getting them in a move order where the second one will be delayed and then getting them to follow you around the structure.

Once you have accomplished this, push the second construct to 2, without getting the first one out of position. From here, you can get enough distance to lead the construct to 3 and have it get stuck there until you move north of it.

Now you can move closer towards the construct at 1, and along the way, get the other construct into decoy range so it steps on the plate. From here, a combination of positioning and pushing will let you take care of the southwest trapdoors.

Then get a construct to 1 again. From here you don't need the second construct, as stepping on a plate will get the one at 1 stuck on the south force arrow. You can take care of the northeast trapdoors from there.
