I started with the rightmost mimic potion with a SE sword orientation and used that mimic to pop the top-left corner of the north gel blob first, then popped about as much tarstuff as I could (going NW-SE) with that mimic. I used the same orientation with the middle mimic potion one tile east of the NW corner to clear out more of the stuff, afterwards leaving the bottom two rows of tiles of the mud blob remaining, among the rest. Finally, I used a NE sword orientation for the last mimic, placing it in the SE corner and leveraging against the babies as much as possible to just reach the last bit of tar on the far side.

Edit: I meant to type 'started with the leftmost mimic potion', whoops.
