Way back earlier this year, I was looking at the RPG holds I had scorepoints missing in. One of them was Little Square, which was marked as completed but I only had one score in it.

What I found out was that my later scores had been rejected. I went through it years ago, so I just figured it was a fluke, started over, got all three scorepoints, and was satisfied.

Well, it just happened again. I was playing through Castle Repton, and I got through the fourth level, but I only have scores for levels 1 and 2. Looking at the "My Scores" page, I have two zero scores (one for level 2, which I replayed, and one for level 3; the level 4 scorepoint isn't there at all) and there are zero unverified demos.

I'd really like to know what happened here if there's any way that can be done. At the very least, I'd like to know what I'm doing that's getting my scores invalidated so I can be very careful about not doing that.

What does it say at https://forum.caravelgames.com/deletedrpgscores.php

This only shows your own demos so you have to look at it.

It does not show these demos at all.

It shows two Little Square demos and one unranked Growing demo and they all say "No checkpoint found".

My score page shows "Redshirts slain" and "Gray Man slain" at rank 0. There's no "Soulless exorcised" scorepoint at all, even though I got it in-game.

I guess I can try getting it again and see if anything different happens.

Okay. So my "Soulless exorcised" demo showed up on my score page, then when it was verified it disappeared. But it's not showing up on the deleted scores page.

I tried getting Gray Man again and that's lingering on the score page.

Very confused about what's going on here.

Your submission does show up on Grey Man Slain, just not processed yet by the spider https://forum.caravelgames.com/rpgscores.php?action=pointscores&id=11142

However the spider is also showing nothing in the queue, which implies some other strange spider issue.

Given Soulless Exorcised isn't showing up at all, either it didn't submit (internet issue?) and there's a button in game somewhere you can force it to submit, or it did and the spider has crashed trying to process it or the previous score and it's in transit still somewhere.

Well, my latest Gray Man score got processed and the others seem to have vanished (but not gone to the Deleted page). I don't know what the heck is going on, but I guess it's worth trying to submit a Soulless score again and see if it works.

No, that didn't work, there are zero demos in the queue. And my attempt to submit a Gray Man score where I had slightly different stats to see if it was better got a 0 ranking, that has again remained after demo verification.

I remain very confused.

It seems like a spider issue, you'll have to wait for Schik to investigate.

The zero ranks are gone and I'm up to seven scorepoints. Seems to be fixed now, thanks!

Okay, some further developments:

-As I finished up Castle Repton, a few scores still got rejected. Specifically, I had beaten the Fegundo on floor 7 before the fix and that score was gone; and my first attempt at the Adder on Floor 8 got rejected. However, they didn't linger as 0 ranks and I was able to get them on subsequent submissions. (They also don't show up on the deleted scores page kieran linked to.) This is probably not a serious issue but I'm just mentioning it as followup.
-On the "My Stats" page, my "Average Rank" for every hold I've completed is zero. I just glanced at kieran's page and the same is true there. So something seems to have broken for that calculation.
