I'm trying to get the SW gel part to be ate by the adder (so I can access the west room) but I don't understand how it is possible.
I guess there's a snake manipulation part involved but I can't figure it out.

The easiest way is to start by getting the adder to be really long, and clearing out the southeast blob. (I cleared out all the other corners first.)

Get the adder moving north one column east of the western blobs, then stand west of it when it's on horizontal preference and pretty far up. The adder's body will prevent it from moving any direction but south, so if you make a run for the southeast and the adder is on vertical preference when it gets there, it will move south and start eating the blob.
