Option to go directly from Room Editor to Character Manager screen. (+2)

Unless I'm mistaken, currently you have to select a character in the room, then click on the "Characters" button

I'd just like an option to go straight there without worrying about adding another character or accidentally rotating an existing one, or accidentally setting it to the character type I meant to edit.

I've been meaning to suggest managing characters on the level edit screen so you have one place see all of them.

Also global variables (declaring and initializing), because testing things like ZelDROD powerups is a major pain right now.

Though this may be too big for 5.2 and have to wait for a hypothetical 6.0.
